After obtaining his brokers license in 1975 Pete along with his wife, Martha opened 2 real estate offices in Lakewood and Cypress California specializing in real estate investments; land development and exchanges employing up to 50 agents.

Pete Earned his Real Estate investment certificate from UC Irvine in 1981 and since then has taking numerous Real estate courses. Pete was drafted into the army in 1966 and served in Viet Nam, Pete is also an Instrument rated pilot
